Shipping. We ship from warehouses inside the United States, and shipping is free on every order. Orders arrive within 2–4 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. We ship within the US only.
Returns. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Start the return through our Contact page and we'll send you the instructions.
Damaged or wrong item. If something turns up damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full and cover the return shipping ourselves.
Refunds. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping is yours to cover. Once your item reaches us, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

The product is quite good, however I would have liked it to be a little longer because it's a bit short on the seat. However, I imagine that in that aspect they are standard measurements, but it really does a good job. The material is good but not as high as I imagined. Maybe in my case I should look for a wider one because I'm heavy, but for someone who weighs between 70 and 80 kg it should be more than enough. It's not bad, but in my case I feel it's a bit short, but I don't regret buying it because it definitely improves my comfort.

Great, it's very comfortable. It meets what I need. Better for winter and I don't think it's very suitable for summer in very hot climates. For the price, I can try another model for summer.

This seat cushion is wonderful, it does its job very well. It relieves fatigue from sitting for a long time and also recovers its shape after use. A small complaint is that I would like it to be a little bigger and wider, as I am a 52-year-old man with excess weight, so a larger cushion would be great. However, I am happy with the product, I recommend it 100%.
