Shipping. We ship from warehouses inside the United States, and shipping is free on every order. Orders arrive within 2–4 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. We ship within the US only.
Returns. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Start the return through our Contact page and we'll send you the instructions.
Damaged or wrong item. If something turns up damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full and cover the return shipping ourselves.
Refunds. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping is yours to cover. Once your item reaches us, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

The size is good, it fits a G733 headset (or larger) comfortably, you just need a Phillips screwdriver to loosen it a bit at the bottom so you can rotate it to the position you want and then tighten it again.
